Randy J. Spencer

Randy J. Spencer, Member, born 1973, Attleboro, Massachusetts. (North Attleboro High School, 1991). A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston (B.S., 1996) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2002). After graduating from law school, Randy was hired from hundreds of applicants for the prestigious position of Law Clerk to the Justices of Massachusetts Superior Court.

Prior to establishing the Law Office of Randy J. Spencer, LLC, Randy practiced in Boston for several years with two highly respected full service law firms. Randy now applies the knowledge acquired and lessons learned to represent his clients in many areas of practice.

Karen Weiburg Peters

Associate. After completing her undergraduate degree at SUNY at Stony Brook in Stony Brook, New York (B.A. 1991) and obtaining her paralegal certificate at Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus (1991), Karen worked for eight years as a paralegal, including four years at the City of Boston Law Department. She then attended Suffolk University Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2003) while working as a Law Clerk for a highly respected Boston law firm. After graduating and passing the Massachusetts Bar, Karen transitioned to an Associate in Boston, until she joined the Law Office of Randy J. Spencer, LLC in 2007.
